All items are made-to-order.

■ Order Cancellation
Production begins after payment confirmation.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

■ Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.

■ Ring Size
Due to the nature of titanium, resizing or size adjustments are not possible after production.
Please carefully measure your ring size before placing an order.
Returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing are not accepted.

■ Color & Handmade Variations
Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions and monitor settings.
Due to the nature of materials and handmade processing, each piece may have slight variations in color and finish.

■ Defective Items
If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after confirmation.

■ Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by our store.

■ Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

■キャンセルについて
ご注文確定後に制作を開始するため、制作開始後のキャンセルはお受けできません。

■返品・交換について
商品に欠陥または誤配送がある場合を除き、返品・交換はお受けできません。

■サイズについて
チタン素材の特性上、ご注文後のサイズ変更・サイズ直しはできません。
ご購入前に必ず正確なサイズ測定をお願いいたします。
サイズ違いによる返品・交換はお受けできません。

■色味・個体差について
商品の色味は撮影環境やご使用のモニター設定により、実物と若干異なって見える場合がございます。
また、素材の特性および手作業による加工のため、色合いや発色、仕上がりには個体差があります。

■不良品について
万が一商品に不良があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にメールにてご連絡ください。
内容を確認後、交換または返金にて対応いたします。

■返品送料
不良品または当店の過失による場合の返品送料は当店が負担いたします。

■返金方法
返金は原則としてご利用いただいた決済方法へ返金いたします。
